Food and service used to be wonderful here, but lately it has not been. Ordered take out chicken and there was absolutely no seasoning and it was not cooked all the way through. If the one grill cook is working then the food is wonderful but when the young kids are working, the food seems to be cold or has been sitting for quite a while. This is our opinions only

The Good: Huge variety of food to choose from. The wait staff are great. Highlights (for me) were the salad bar, cheeseburgers (placed on a GC roll), biscuits and gravy (I got there right when they were switching between breakfast and lunch), and the dessert (banana pudding and carrot cake). Food quality was as good as can be expected at a buffet. Floors and bars were kept clean. I was surprised by the low price. It's been awhile but I remember everything being more expensive. I paid $10.05 for the buffet and soda. The Bad: it depends on your expectations. It's a buffet with lots of meat, gravies/sauces, and people touching handles. I entered knowing the territory. Nothing bad for me. Quality is usually an issue with buffets, and this was no exception. (see above) The Ugly: N/A

Surprisly good! Everything our party of seven eight nobody was disappointed. They are very on point as soon as you got up to go back up and get more they removed your plates so by the time you got back to the table always clean. I cannot lie! I was pleasantly surprised definitely be back.

It's always great going to Golden corral it is my husband's favorite place to go to in Okeechobee Florida although we are little remorseful because Deborah the commander-in-chief is no longer there she suffered a major stroke and the place have not been the same the quality of service is good however the cleanliness is not so good and there is no diversity which when Deborah was there she kept a good balance of diversity other than that everything was great

Very good food. Staff very attentive and friendly. Children should not be allowed to go to food bar by them selves. Two little girls were picking out their favorite colors of jelly beans and putting the ones they didn't want back in the container.
