The best cake I have ever had. We contacted Bread and Roses this spring about our wedding cake and were interested in them because of their amazing prices and variety of flavors. We were immediately put in touch with Dee who worked with us to prepare a complimentary tasting box to choose our flavor. We went with the Erin’s Wedding Cake. Yellow butter cake, raspberry mousse and white chocolate butter cream, and it was the best cake anyone at our wedding has ever eaten. It served as breakfast for the rest of the week following the wedding too. After choosing our cake, Dee worked with us to make it exactly how we wanted it (plain so we could decorate it with our own flowers) and we also ordered a pastry platter to be picked up with it the morning of. Both were delicious. Staff were friendly, quick and helpful despite being very busy every time we went. We’ll be coming back year after year to get a slice of that cake on our anniversary. Thank you for all of your hard work Dee and the rest of the team!

Ordered a cake from Bread & Roses Bakery for my wife's birthday. I had a friendly phone conversation to order the cake and it was suggested that I buy a smaller one than I had in mind that would be more suitable for two people. It was ready for my requested date, pickup was easy and the cake was so delicious! I plan to visit again when up there this summer!

In 2020 my husband and I stumbled upon Bread and Roses Bakery by chance. It was recommended by Gazebo Inn as part of their elopement package and this bakery did not disappoint! The wedding cake (formally known as Erin's wedding cake) was the best cake we had ever eaten! It was so good we ordered it again for our postnuptial party the subsequent summer!!! The past two years we also ordered the 6 inch version for our anniversary!!! Thank you for making our wedding celebration even more special, Bread and Roses!

Awesome bakery! The location is better in Wells than previously in Ogunquit. The bread and pastries are absolutely delicious! A MUST stop! We will return before our trip back home!!

Bought a little too many goodies from here but I thought it was worth it. With covid, only 4 people are allowed inside at a time. I got the biggest chocolate chip cookie ever. It was literally the size of my head. I also got the raspberry oat bar, pumpkin whoopie pie, chocolate whoopie pie, and lemon tea cake.
