Went to the 7-Eleven to buy Vape cartridges hadA five dollar off coupon when the clerk scanned in my digital coupon on my side of the register it noted that it was a five dollar coupon but it only took off one cent I asked them how we were going to rectify this they could easily just take the $4.99 off they wouldn’t so I walked out with my money and The Vape cartridges went back in to pay them and they banned me

I walked in the 7 eleven in Odenton over by the circle with two grocery bags from Giant. I wanted to see if they had what I was looking for (vanilla cream soda) and they didn’t so I started to walk out. Cashier women accused me of stealing. I’ll never go in there again if that’s how you treat people.

The guy that works there in the morning afternoon super rude. Went in several times and watched him be overly friendly with the caucasian customers and barely acknowledge me when I enter or make a purchase . I went in during the free slurpee week and didnt get the second slurpee literally went to my car and came back in about 30 seconds later and asked for the free one and the guy acted like I wasnt just in there when I explained to him that I was he sighed and rolled his eyes at me and said get it.

I was extremely disturbed when I went into the annapolis rd odenton store to get my coffee and bananas. With the app, any size coffee is a dollar. My total was about $3.40. I provided my barcode and waited for the man to hit the button to acknowledge my discount. The man at the register, I believe his name was Kaledque was not trying to give me my discount. I watched him purposefully because I noticed that sometimes he did not give me my 7th cup free when I would come in. I don't know if he is keeping the money or is not wanting to participate in the rewards program, but I told him about himself. I asked for the manager, he said that he was the manager. The entire situation was disappointing.
