They're using a new self- service. No waitresses. It's not quite the same. The personal touch is missing. It's more more like cafeteria style.

Everything was good. The restaurant was clean, and the restrooms were clean. We were there at about 11:30 pm so very few customers at that time. They close at midnight.

It was different not having someone check you at the counter to take your order. It was all by machine. The food was okay. They didn't get our order straight. The milkshakes were good.

Hadn't been to this chain in awhile so our group gave it a go. Ordering with the kiosk is one of the best out there. I got the hot dog with fries and a Mint Oreo milkshake, all were great. Others got a burger, chicken tenders with fries and got 2 thumbs up 👍 👍 for their meals. Restaurant was clean and staff was super friendly 👌. Recommend stopping here when in the area.

My second time having there burger. it's as good as the first time. They got it dialed in perfectly. Cheap and great quantity of food. You can't go wrong with a burger and a shake. Now only if they would build one in northwest ocala.

We ran through 30 mins before they closed and that didn't faze them. I was just trying to grab something to eat for me and my kids before hitting the road ok a long road trip. They were so friendly and the window lady , she was a doll and we joked about her wearing white in fast food. She had managed to spill "pop" all over herself but only got a couple drops on her.. way to go! But either way she was from Ohio cause we call it "soda" down here 🤣😂 but she is one we would keep for sure.. including she should be kept there cause she amazing, and the food! Omg on point! The best steak and shake butter garlic burger I've ever had no lie all hands down.

The food is great and the staff members are friendly as well as helpful. The order staff have been replaced by kiosks which I guess is due to our post Covid world.
The restaurant opens at 10:00 AM which is great for folks who have scheduled activities in the typical lunch time period.
If you want good, quick classic food with easy access from I-75 this is your place.
