Great place! Food was great and the customer service spectacular! Our office ordered lunch through Bitesquad, not knowing Louie’s offers delivery at peak times. Our order, unfortunately was delivered to the wrong address by bitesquad, called Louie’s to inquire about the location of our order, as it was too difficult to contact anyone through bitesquad. The owner called me back personally more than once, and went above and beyond (after concluding the order was botched by bitesquad) and remade our order without charging us and had it personally delivered. Of course, we made sure to provide a significant tip as this was an example of superb, and near unheard of, customer service. Highly recommend! Our weekly pizza order for our office will always be Louie’s. Thank you guys so much for providing such quality product and service to a very hungry group of essential workers!👍

We had a great time our server Tina was on point. She was friendly and attentive made sure my drink was always full, cut the pizza up into small bite size pieces for my kids, served us pizza and made sure out food came out when we were ready. The food was delicious we are traveling around the country in our RV and the pizza was amazing I'm from NJ across the water from Manhattan and I know how pizza should taste. It was great my chicken marsala was just right as well and my wife loved the shells and her cannoli. On top of it the prices were perfect we will be back before we leave the area next week. Excellent local pizzeria. The pizzas are hand made, and Louie and Co. never stop working to bring you the best. A wide selection of authentic Italian food and a real dedication to quality and friendliness. I always try to support local business, and this is one of the reasons why. Ditch dominoes and try this place out. You won't be dissatisfied. (Post note: my aunt said the italian wedding soup was the best she ever had.)

My mom and I went here for lunch based off of hearing positive things from friends, overall we were both pretty happy with our food. Service was a bit slow but it's worth the wait because you'll actually get freshly made food! Prices are very reasonable and cheaper than other Italian places with the same dishes. Portions are huge, two pizza slices here equal HALF of a whole large pie at other places. Closest to New York pizza you'll get in Ocala. Good sauce, blend of cheeses on the pizza and a good amount of it, only 30 cents per topping when you get slices and you get a good amount of each topping. Garlic knots were good but more like rolls with butter, not really garlic flavor but still good bread. I asked for them to be cooked lightly and some were but others were very dark brown and hard so you'll definitely want to ask for them to be cooked less since even when you ask they still were very dark. Fettucini alfredo was great. Lots of sauce, huge tender noodles. I'll definitely be back to try other dishes and see if they are consistent with their food but based off my first visit I've found my new Italian go-to place in Ocala.

Great New York pizza can be found in Ocala. It's right here, at Louie's Pizza and Italian Restaurant. They deliver, and they serve pizza by the slice, making for a great lunch. Their restaurant, unlike many places I've encountered with great pizza, is not cluttered: no huge counter with a register at the front, just a dining room with tables on the right and booths on the left. Also, your food is served to you, without the need to walk up to a counter. Your check comes to your table. A real restaurant. A small waiting area at the entrance could accommodate a party of six waiting on a table on a busy night. I will be back here again, and often.
