This Jack In the box needs better management, they often close early. Their was 3 employees inside the location just talking at 9:30pm 6/15/22 and the drive thru was closed. It is a shame I often have to go to another fast food restaurant as this location closes when they want.

I've been going to this locations for the past 2 years, and I love Jack, so I never really had the need to post a review, but I was mistreated today from this locations. While I was ordering the woman over the mic interrupted me and stopped taking my order, when I pulled up to the window I told the nice cashier that I wasn't finished ordering and she finished my order but when I got my food I found that 2 of the tacos I ordered were drenched in sauce to the point where it was leaking out of the little bag. The woman who took my order clearly was having a bad day but I don't appreciate that she took it out on me without reason. Regardless I'll still go to this location and hope she has a better day. Service is always slow and when paying with a card they always wait till after giving you your order before giving your card back and that's if they even remember to give it back at all. If the drive thru is open then their lobby is closed and vice versa

This place says its open 24/7 but the drive through is closed half the time at night. Terrible.

Open up your store so we can go inside and order. I hate drive throughs. All other fast food places are open for inside ordering now, except Jack in the Box. Please open up. Do the right thing.

I think it's okay, I don't like fast food restaurants, but Jack is the one I like the most. I love their online app (recommended)

So I love jack in the box and there app has some good deals sometimes. But I have ordered on the app and ran when I get to the store they were closed, like I said I love me some jack in the box so I went on to Antioch. So I irder my food in drive through and explain to them what happened. They tell me thet were closed for planned maintenance. If it's planned than the app should not let me order from that store.
So when I was enquiring about my refund the app. Asked if I would like somebody to follow up with me and ofcourse o did ,but no never heard from dear old jack.
HEY JACK FIX THE APP.
PS DONT CHANGE PHONES WOW THATS ANOTHER ORDEAL TO SOGN BACK INTO THE APP.

The wait was atrocious it was almost half hour maybe more. Didn't get my ranch I got a ultimate cheeseburger two chicken sandwichs two fries and nine poppers. Lg sprite.
