Road Island Diner

We had a great traditional breakfast with an appetizer of their crab cakes. Those were delicious! I also really respect the amount of gluten free options they had available for my girlfriend. The whole staff was very friendly and we had a fun little conversation. The good food was accompanied by good tunes the entire visit!

Always liked this place. Food is great especially the onion strings! Love them. One female staff was irritating and wouldn't let us sit toward the back although it was open and no "groups" came in. The other that took care of us was great and very helpful. The owner/operator (I assume) came by to check on us near the end of the meal as I saw him do with other guests. Over all a good place to eat some good food.

This place was so fun and a legit old diner, the food was simple and great. The overall atmosphere was welcoming and it felt very homey and inviting. Service was amazing, I have no complaints about any aspects of this place, it was seriously perfect! You definitely need to come here if you’re in the area, and if you’re not in the area, then it’s worth traveling for

If you are not familiar with Oakley, Utah, then you need to experience it. And the highlight in Oakley is the Road Island Diner. They are famous for their quality and service. Steve understands the importance of organic and non-GMO ingredients as they elevate his made from scratch goods to another level. Locally sourced meats and treats (including gluten free) round out an already solid menu. Wonderful breakfasts, (fabulous gluten free pancakes) lunches, and legit prime rib on Friday nights. You will not regret stopping in. Their entire staff is wonderful and the experience is one of a kind.

Great service had the pleasure of meeting the owner, he and his wife have really turned this diner around and you can tell how much effort they put in their food. They have created a very fun atmosphere that is well worth the stops. There are many places in Kamas and Oakley that have amazing food including this one, however the road island diner has for sure the funnest atmosphere.
