Terrible experience. Go somewhere else if your concerned about germs and sanitary conditions. Before handling food employee not changing gloves after handling money and working the register. “Could care less” kind of attitude. Customers in line had to tell employee to change gloves. Just imagine what they’ve touched or wiped before handling your food. The assumption is it’s a clean pair of gloves. Failed when attempting to make a wrap - end result was a jumbled heap of food. My hard earned money is better spent elsewhere.

This site needs to invest in a cleaning crew. Dust everywhere, especially around the vents. Owners shouldn’t take the cheap route when doing a remodel. Also the owners of this location also own the one in Somerville, but at the Oakland location their bread and cookies are hard from baking too long.

The worse service ever!!! The two young ladies that work there now play all day long. They are going to lose Subway plenty of business. This location is definitely under new management and it is terrible. Bring back the previous manager and previous employees.

Entered and was only customer. Lady was counting money at register. Waited a couple of minutes - ignored. Other employee told her I was waiting. She looked up and went back to counting. No greeting. Didn't ask me for a moment to finish counting. Just ignored me. Waited another minute and walked out. A little common courtesy would have been nice.

Jennifer did an amazing job tonight! She was left in a really rough situation, but came in and went above and beyond to make sure every customer left happy and with a delicious order! She deserves a huge thank you and pat on the back for a job more than well done. Thank you so much!

Service here is usually quick and polite. The food is the usual subway fare, which consists of sandwiches and some small ancillary items.
