Usually very good, but extremely slow.
3 cars in line and spent over 20 minutes to get my order, which was only a drink.
I sat in front of the pay window, if it were me I would have handed that person their order and been a little more proactive

I go here often. I enjoy the #13 spicy. Asiago bacon chicken ranch with large fries and a coke. Service is very friendly and very fast. I've never had a messed up order. They are always busy too.

Zero for customer service. I felt like I should thank them for waiting on me, not be thanked for spending my money there, when I could take it elsewhere, specifically across the street to Sonic where I got smiles, thank yous and a feeling of gratitude for supporting their business during these strange, hard times. The food is OK, my kids love it, but I can't take the poor attitudes of the staff on the speaker and at the windows. I would rather cook at home than have a bad experience here again. : (
