Wow. My husband and son had to walk from our semi to get a late supper. They were so amazingly accommodating. You don't meet kind people like that anymore, let alone in the service industry.

Very friendly and helpful staff. I couldn't get the kiosk for ordering to work right but they helped me out . Got my order quickly. Manager on duty was helping everyone out on the drive thru and front counter. I like it when o see management jump in and help out instead of just barking out orders. Very clean store . I loved the look and fell of my surroundings inside and out. It was late but felt safe while I was there

I got off work late and on my way home i stopped by this location to grab a bite to eat friday night. I paid .99 cents per slice of cheese for 3 Hot N Spices. NONE of them had Cheese!! Very disappointed!! Please get your orders correct no matter what time of day or night. Order placed around 11:40 pm

Sat in the drive through the first time for 15 mins then drove around and asked if they was open and she said yes and was real rude about it while she gave others food then the girl finally comes on the intercom and tells me there system is down not taking anything but cash and serving only fries and drinks but just gave others ahead of me burgers. I go there every night but won’t after this

I have always received good customer service from this McDonald's when I do go there. They even put my creamer in my coffee for me one time. I thought they hadn't given it to me and when I looked, it was in my coffee. It was a nice surprise.

I have been pleased with the service and food I have received from this McDonald's in the past few months. Friendlier window workers,correct orders and delish blueberry muffins that have made my mornings brighter. Thanks McDonald's staff.

The McDonald's in Somerville tenn. Poor service start when you pull up to order slow to respond then you sit there while the other line makes 3 to 4 orders. Even slower as far as taking payments then finally you get to the service window sit and wait 7 out of 10 your order is wrong. Needs management control and steep up drive through service..Maybe an undercover boss situation. I hope it stays but sure ain't promising. 🥵🥵
