Chinese Fried Rice at a Mexican restaurant…. WOW! It’s the best of both food worlds! The fried rice made with fajita meat…LOVE LOVE LOVE!!! The rice was cooked perfectly, flavored nicely, and enough for 2 meals for me. I will definitely order this again. I was too busy chowing down on my food to ask my boys if they liked their burritos and tacos. They are all of theirs so I’m assuming they liked theirs as well. This place was hoping for lunch with a line that moved quickly. The employees were super nice and refilled drinks immediately upon request.

Always good food when me and my family visit. However, when a customer tells your their food is cold, management should work on a better way to handle the situation instead of just telling the cashier “give her her money back she can go somewhere else”. Sorry but you’ll be back working out of a food truck with that attitude!!! You could have easily remade the food and had a happy returning customer.

Street Tacos.. the name says it all. This is a hidden gem oh Oakland Tn. Fresh, full of flavor and authentic. The owners are super friendly. The staff always smilingly. The restaurant is rust-chic. Enough about the that stuff. On to the good stuff. In the picture is the Ramones. A mix of steak, chicken, chorizo and awesome sauce. Three will fill you up. I have had pretty much everything on the menu and haven't not liked anything. If you go, get the street rice. It's a show stopper. Pros: Authentic flavor, fresh, top quality food. Clean, good value, super friendly. Cons: My wife won't let me have it every night.... LOL #streettacosoaklandtn

Just make sure to click the picture of the absolute beast of a Burrito XL they have. It is $9.01 with taxes as of 11/16/17.I tip happily $2.00. This is by far my favorite cheat food with carbs (I'm a Type 1 Diabetic). I have found that they have closed a few random days but they usually place a sign out in front of the store when they do. You know what they absents makes the heart grow fonder and, I always Iook forward to that burrito whenever they are open again!

Different, to say the least. Not bad. Different. The fried flour tortilla chips are an odd texture, thought not offensive and sejnlgy as addicting as any corn chip elsewhere. The rice filled "chicken" burrito left me feeling a bit confused. Is this a hibachi place or Mexican? Additionally, for a "chicken" burrito, I had exactly 3 pieces of chicken inside mine. The cheese dip was good, as it is hard to screw that up (not that it cannot be done... 🤣). Staff was less than enthusiastic and seemed put out by the fact that I was placing an order. Hmm... Absolutely disgusting water delivery method. IYKYK. I don't want to touch the same thing everyone else in the building is touching. Gross. Gotta be a better way. Allowing patrons to wait at tables for to go orders seems like a bad plan. I know the place is small and the evening I went, it was freezing outside. However, not having ample seating room for dine-in patrons is absurd. All that to say this: The elote! The Mexican street corn! Insert chef's kiss! What an otherworldly delight! Perfectly cooked and coated with magical, flavor explosion of cheese and spice. THIS is why the line is out the door. Also, shout out to Patron X who told me about theexican pizza that is not available online, only in the shop. That's next on my list. 🍕
