Employees at this location were so polite and charismatic! It did take a bit longer than expected for my order to be completed, while I was the only customer waiting, but I’d like to assume it’s due to new staffing and training of those associates. My order was accurate and delicious, I will absolutely be back.

The location has good seating. The manager is great. However, the young Indian or latino guy are always contradicting customers. As a business owner, that's bad practice. You may not always get up and like what you do every morning, but if that's the case, there's plenty of other places hiring. Attitudes and egos need to be dropped before clocking in. Outside of those two employees, the facility is a comfortable location, with plenty of seating and spots to relax.

Very slow. Super slow. Young girl doing food today was in lala land. 2 Older lady on registers (10:42am) so nice. Seems like they are picking up the slack of the younger girl though. It's ashame

Would of been nice if they were actually open.. i whent on my break for work and drove the extra mile cuz this one said it was going to be open at 5am and was no one but the sigh said open i even waitng to see if someone would open up but no one came and the only cars in the lot were parked in front of the store never going back

I get food from this Dunkin' usually every Sunday morning. Sometimes the people making the food are not careful, and will include egg or cheese when it is unwanted on my sandwich. Generally, how we everything is done well and in a timely fashion.

Ordered a dozen donuts on app. They didn’t have the donuts at the store but can’t refund an app order. What?? I ran four fast casual restaurants and if we didn’t have an item...we removed it from the app u til we had it back in stock and we refunded money when we made a mistake...professionally and without attitude and indifference. If this were my restaurant I would sweep it and find first management then employees that looked and acted like they cared about anything!!!
