Don’t go there BAD customer service and cold food. I ordered 2 quarter pounder meal without cheese and came with a very disgusting cheese on it. Even my kids meal wasn’t good at all.
Don’t go there at all. No dine in very bad experience.

You have to wait when there’s no one ahead of you, foods served cold, and they charge you for sauce when you ask. No dine in, takes a year to order and receive food. They also have 30 signs all over the place explaining “their” rules. This place has to change owners or has gotta go.

What can i say, its Burger King, its like any other Burger King, but What i can and will say is why it only gets one star....
I stopped by this one on 1/14/2022 and there was a couple ahead of me ordering. I don't know what they ordered, but when the woman got her order, she asked for extra BBQ sauce and she was asked to pay an extra 57 cents! Yes, she was forced to pay extra for sauce! In all my years of going to Burger King, i have NEVER seen anyone charged extra for sauce!
Ridiculous! Utterly ridiculous!!!
This is the ONLY BK i know of that will charge this extra expense! Now you may think that 57 cents isn't a big deal, but after you spend 7+ dollars on a meal (or less depending on what you get).....your not expecting to pay extra. The gentleman in front of me had all the right to get angry! No other BK i know of does this, so why do they do this? Seriously BK? What gives?

So I live in the area and I come here maybe once every few weeks and it’s the same procedure. Wait wait and wait. There are 6 cars behind me all waiting as well. If I ran this location I would quadruple the revenue. This is the only location that does this.

Clean. Friendly staff. Food quality adequate. But still, the wait is totally unacceptable. No one else in front of you, parking lot mostly empty, no one standing at counter. I do not understand why at any hour, any day you just sit there. I will compliment them for being courteous as they always begin your order with an apology for the long wait. So they are aware.
