Kfc

If I could give this KFC 0 stars I would. We ordered 3 Mc n cheese and they only gave us 2 we went back to tell them and the girl asked who ever put the order in the bag if she put just 2. The girl who packed straight up lied and said yes with a scared face. Then the cashier had the audacity to say “a lo mejor ya se lo comieron” (“maybe they already ate it”) Who can eat a McnCheese in less then 2 min😑 MIND you guys this is not the only time they have done this. There has always been something missing in our Order. If only they were nicer and realize they made a mistake it would be fine!

Girl at drive-thru window was very rude TOLD need to wait instead of asking politely that I wait to give my order. as I was giving my very simple order she kept interrupting me and saying no we don't have that or do you want anything else before letting me finish. the only thing I wanted was a famous bowl fill up with no corn and a Cherry Pepsi no ice. had she let me say that and then said I'm sorry we have no Cherry Pepsi it would have been fine but she interrupted me rudely multiple times making it take longer to give my simple order. The people here need to practice a little bit of patience and customer service tone. At the end of it all "the famous bowl fill up" did not meet expectations and does not look full up to me

I never go to this place because the chicken always seemed old . I was in a rush and they are like the only drive through in that area right there. So I decided to give them a shot, BIG MISTAKE ! Took my order wrong tgen when corrected still shorted me on my food. No sorry when I called just well come back and ill give you what your missing. At this point im home and dont want to go there. The only offer was to come and get it tomorrow and just the missing item. Well folks their poor service and poor management has losy me as a customer again. DO NOT GO HETE!

The paying customer restroom was horrible. When the staff was told of the condition, the response was that they are always like that. One employee did go clean it up. I did see several non-patrons use the restroom so that may explain the condition. Food stale, potatoes were nuclear hot. Beverage mix not correct. Completely out of Sobe. Chicken tenders under the heat lamp too long and therefore chewy. Kitchen was having too much fun in the back and by the taste of the food, no cooking. A delivery order was messed up at the time we were there and they tried to figure out what to do. During the placement of our order, the cashier made a mistake. It took three people to figure out what to do. The entire time they were teasing the cashier how she would be in trouble with the supervisor (who apparently was walking in as we were walking out).

This is my second time visiting this KFC location both times I ordered the hot wings which are normally for me the best item on the menu. However at this particular restaurant seems like their hot wings have a different recipe and are terrible at best the worst that I've had at any KFC it seems like someone may have found a cheaper product to purchase and resale to make a greater profit. My most recent and likely the last time here was today 8/20/19.

I liked nothing about. The customer service is bad. The girl who took order charged our card for fries, and a drink we did NOT order. We also stated 3 times we want to switch the root beer for a lemonade. By the time we get to the window, she gives us root beer & says "Oh, you said you wanted root beer" really? Then she doesn't give us our card & receipt back, we have to ASK for it. She also gives us attitude when we give her back the root beer. Unprofessional. And the place doesn't look clean or saf .
