PLEASE PLEASE STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. The customer service is horrible being that they will not accommodate you for a refund if you are not comfortable with the service they are providing ,as well as making you seem like you are incompetent of knowing what is sanitary and what’s not. I complained of the room not being clean the shower had hair in it as well as dirt on the floor. The jacuzzi had dirt as well and the walls were cracking like missing pieces out of it. The whole atmosphere felt wrong. If your a clean person and you like nice things. This establishment isn’t for you. It’s the lowest of the lows, and I wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy.

Zen Spring is a place that I've been dealing almost 10 years. The The services they offer are superb the place is always clean and ready to be used. And what I love about it most is not a traditional hot tub facility. I. I love it the most because you're not bathed in someone else's filthy water.. You are able to put the clean water in once you walk into the facility play your own music have drinks and chill with your significant other. Or have a party with your girls and have a spa day . It is definitely one of a kind. Thanks Calvin you always treated me with the utmost respect along with your staff

Stay away as far as you can from this place - Unsanitary and very unprofessional. It was my first time experience in this place and I had to leave with out using their services. I appreciate they went above and beyond to change my reservation three times and for that I am great full . However, when we arrived the private room they showed us has some ones else hair in the bathroom and tub wasn’t clean. They asked us to inspected the room and when we pointed out all the issues they got upset and were arguing that those were not hair . They got very defensive and not the right way to talk to a client . We thought the chacuzzi was part of the spa and not they wanted us to pay separately for that . They did offer to give us another room but by then they have already lost our trust, especially with the way they argued about the cleanness of the place and Ofcourse they made a big deal of refund is not even a question. We were extremely uncomfortable with the whole situation and will be disputing with our bank. Plus, we will be reporting the Sanitary issue.

Its a very nice spot to go to but I'm a little disappointed that they took away all of the body treatments and massage they offered before. So about this last visit I had, it was a hot mess to be honest. I spoke to 3 different people ( women) that all kept giving conflicting information. They were nice I will say that but the communication was definitely lacking. So I called to reserve a room with the sauna included. I was told by the worker to call back once it's reserved online so they could send us an invoice via email for everything including the add on sauna & foam. Then was told I should receive the email by 4am ( which was the next morning) I waited about a day and a half but never received the email so I called back the day of service to find out why I hadn't received the email. Turns out the girl never had the right email to begin with. I entered in the right email online because I received the initial confirmation email that it was reserved, but whomever wrote it down to send the final invoice supposedly left parts of the email out. So they had to resend the invoice the day of the appt to the correct email address but when we got to our appt and was escorted to our room, we noticed we did not have a sauna in our room. I was not happy about this at all as this entire experience leading up to the appt was not the greatest. The woman working that shift did extend our time for another 10 min which was a nice gesture but of course that's really not equivalent to missing the sauna in our room. Other then all of the mishaps that happened this last visit, it's still a very relaxing experience and the speaker system was very nice. They have always been very clean from my experiences so that's a definite plus. I hope the next time it's a lot more organized and the extended services are brought back. I understand it's due to COVID-19 but I've been to other spas within the last several months that are still offering their regular services. Some just make you show your vaccination card which I feel is fair and a good way to stay safe. I really enjoyed the back treatment I had done there before in the past prior to the pandemic.
