Folks providing service are always lovely. COVID protocol is fine. Yogurt is fine also. Conveniently located.
BUT. I just topped my cup with some gummy bears and they were sooo stale. Literally cracked in my mouth like hard candy when I ate a bite. Gross. Rest of the gummy candy looked stale too. I shouldn't have taken a risk. I understand in COVID times are hard but please ffs throw out and replace your old toppings. Not a good cost cutting measure 🥲. I just wanted gummy bears in my yogurt :(

Sorbet was yummy. I had the mango which I liked most of the two flavors I got. Feel that the açaí should have more of a purple than red color with more of its natural fruit blended in. Clerk was polite and helpful. Love their hours. Will be back. ❤️

As a fan of macarons, I ordered the red velvet sandwich without a second thought. However, I feel as though their other desserts may have been better. The store it's a little too small for my liking. I had to sit outside with my friend in the cold. I would go back to try the other desserts, but next time I'm taking it to go or something.

Fairly small selection with nothing particularly special or especially tasty. 54c/oz as of 2019-01-27. Cashier accompanied me to the self-serve machines and served me exactly two sample cups after I asked about samples. Toppings a little stale (e.g. very chewy mochi) but acceptable.

I really like this place. I go every Saturday after the Lake Merritt Farmers' Market. It's become a weekly tradition because of both the yummy toppings and because of the young woman, Charlie, who works there. She's super sweet and friendly; she makes it feel like a local Ma and Pa place as opposed to a big chain. I gave it only 4 stars because, when I crave yogurt on days other than Saturday, I've found the other people there to be far from pleasant. Even the owner is gruff and unfriendly.

This Yogofina was dirty and messy. If it wasn't for a borderline addiction my wife and I have built up over the last month I wouldn't have eaten anything. As it was I didn't touch the toppings and tip toed around. Gross. Couldn't even enjoy the yogurt after because it felt contaminated.

Some Yoghurt wasn't even frozen. They were doing works in the shop at the time and so it was very messy and I didn't want to eat much at all from here. Very disappointed.
