Chipotle Mexican Grill

Went to this location for the first time and I feel like they charge too much for guacamole.I asked for one scoop and the guy gave me a tiny bit and then charge me $2.50. I will never go back here again I just feel like overall the place is too high when you can just go get some authentic Mexican food or you can cook for yourself I wouldn’t recommend going to this place

I’ve never had bad Chipotle! I have a major pet peeve about being at a food counter and asked to wait while the ONLY STAFF PERSON MAKING FOOD puts together a mobile order (seriously people, prioritize your loyal customers who aren’t too lazy to come get their own damn food!), but once they finally help me, service is always friendly, and quick and the food is always good. The other reason they only get three stars is because there is no display at the check out to show you what you’re being charged. The cashier will tell you, but never loudly enough to be heard, and they’re never paying attention to you so you can’t get them to repeat it clearly. You just have to trust them and look at your receipt after your card has already been charged. This is a flaw on the corporate level. Every Chipotle has this issue. It needs to be fixed.

Not rating for the quality of the food in comparison to Mexican places... Everyone is aware that Chipotle's products do not match the quality, taste, and traditional recipes of local family run Mexican places, so we know what we are getting when we come to Chipotle! What really matters is the customer service and employees, some of the most delightful people you will meet. Always seems there is lots to do and keep up with for the staff, but they manage despite it all and deliver exceptionally 🐱

Food gets four stars. Overall experience three stars mainly because of the temperature. The employee who's sitting down in the picture is wearing a short sleeve shirt, so obviously he's not cold because he's been working in the kitchen. For us customers the venue was extremely cold. Don't know the temperature inside but it was approximately a very cold 10℃ outside that day. As I was eating I felt cold wind blowing from the vent. So it was either the fan or the air conditioner that was turned on. I concluded that whoever ran this place today had no regard for customers.
