This store is a joke, just like some of a few more 7 elevens I know.... Supposed to be 24 hrs a day and yes they make a big deal about there the only store that can stay open 24 hrs a day ...it's now 6:23 am on Thursday and the store is still closed with two employees barely moving around to get the place ready to open..........I'm done with all 7 elevens there all the same ...... Thing .................,...,..s. d ncjfnfj.x

Unfriendly, rude, crooked staff, will void your receipt to keep cash. Trash littered all around the gas pumps due to no garbage bins. No air circulation in store causing your clothes to smell.

I come to this 7Eleven daily.. morning and night. But Today I decided to drop by to grab some snacks and a flower for my GF. But I dont understand why the clerk kick me out the store and accusing me of stealing from the store before. I am for proof and both the clerk threaten to called the police on me for not leaving the store. I even remove my mask to identify myself so he k know he accuse the wrong g guy. But the older clerk that assume me of stealing still tell me to leave. I'm really disappointed what just happened.

I have ordered twice from this 7 Eleven store at 506 International Blvd. in Oakland, CA through the UBER Eats app. Items were missing in both orders. The first order, I ordered four cups of Yoplait yogurts, but only received two of them. I got a refund for the missing two after complaining to UBER Eats support. The second order I ordered two steak & cheese tequitos. But I didn't receive them. In addition, the 30 oz. Cherry Slurpee was watery instead of icee. I wrote a complaint about this second order to UBER Eats support. I thought UBER Eats support is open 24/7. I haven't gotten a reply yet. So I guess they are closed on weekends. I called the restaurant afterwards. And the worker doesn't see my order in the system. I was told to order something again, then call the restaurant to add the missing tequitos to the new order (like I'm going to be a sucker to do that again). And I was told to call back Monday morning to speak to the store manager. Don't order from this 7-Eleven location, everyone!

One of the worst 7-elevens. First of all- it’s not open 24 hours! They close it around 1 am and open back around 7am, for “cleaning”. No garbage cans outside, even tho this one has gas station. How could you not garbage can at the gas station?

8/13/2020 Cashiers and Customers not wearing masks. No longer shopping here not even in an emergency. 3/15/2020 Falsely accused me of stealing. I had $200 and was going to purchase $16 in energy drinks. Drop something out of my purse and put it back and then the woman comes up behind me asking to search my purse. I have just moved into the neighborhood and have spent alot of money here and am really upset about being racially profiled in this way.

This store was clean and the staff were great. 7/28/17 at 5:28 pm. The coffee station was beautiful, super clean, stocked, and neat I was very surprised because I've been to many 7/11 to buy coffee and never see them so well kept. There were 5 to 6 young people working there and they were all helpful and attentive to the customers. Another customer also complimented them.

Gas pumps don't work. One has a hand-written sign" pay inside", others do not, so you have to go inside anyway. Pay for the gas inside, go outside and the PUMP DOES NOT WORK. They try to charge you for gas you couldn't get. Shoddy operation.
