Believe the hype - this location is EPIC bad. I called ahead for pickup and the girl rushed me off the phone before I could ask for breadsticks. So I ordered the breadsticks when I got there promptly on time for when they said my pizza would be ready. I paid and she handed me the breadsticks while I waited for the pizza... which took an extra 18 minutes. When my pizza finally was ready, they gave me the pizza plus another order of breadsticks! (If only I weren't so honest...) The worst part, though, was when I got home and realized that those idiots gave me a thin-crust pizza instead of pan. My sister took one bite and said it tasted so bad that I shouldn't even bother trying it. I love Pizza Hut but good heavens. Amazing ineptitude.

Terrible attitude over the phone. I ordered a vegeterian pizza and they must know that if someone is ordering a veg pizza there must be some reason. I got my order and found two pieces of meat on it. What do I have to do get a nice pure veg pizzza. These people suck so the service.
