Mcdonald's

This Micky D's is probably the most put-together I've been to. Food always looks like the picture and is exactly what I was craving, fries are hot, no items missing, wait is proportional to the number of customers they're dealing with. Only things I'd change are the prices and panhandlers but the folks at this location don't have much control over those.

This is so rude and unprofessional. The egg and sausage biscuits were burnt from all around the biscuit the only thing that didn’t look burnt was the egg. Like why even sell it why not remake it instead we are the customers and of course we would like to get what we payed for nothing else or more. Why would the employee even think it’s okay for them to let the burnt biscuit go out the restaurant like that what a shame. Just when I was about to start liking McDonald’s again an error like this makes me for sure guarantee not to ever eat anything from here thanks you guys lost a valuable customer. I will guarantee you that my kids won’t be eating at any McDonald’s for no happy meal again. It’s a devastating blow to my kids but again and again no not ever again. How about that ewwwwwwwwwwwwwww McDonald’s 🤬🤯🤔

I don't get fast food often, but sometimes I crave it. I dunno what all the bad reviews of this spot are about tbh. Food came out hot and fresh and looked like you'd expect it to. Made it home and it was still hot. The folks working the drive through and window were pleasant. You can tell they get a fair amount of DoorDash orders cuz when I mentioned I had a mobile order, they clarified if it was an actual mobile or a DoorDash order. The line moved pretty quickly also for the amount of cars in line. I normally skip this location, even tho I live in the neighborhood, because of all the bad reviews; but it's literally so close and I figured I'd finally give it a shot, instead of driving out of my way to go to a better reviewed spot. I think some people just have unreasonable expectations from a fast food joint. I'll definitely be back next time I'm craving an egg McMuffin, fries, or some nuggies instead of driving all the way to Alameda or the location on San Pablo.

Although I Don't Prefer McDonald's Food; I Do Like The Arabica Bean Coffee At A Great Price; But This Particular Location Dining Area Is Closed For Walk In Coffee Pickups And The Drive Through Is Very Very Busy :Perhaps It Would Be A Good Idea To Construct A Second Drive Through Lane? Because "Yes " This Location Drive Through Is That Busy

There is no dine-in service. There is also no inside ordering. You must either order through their app or go through the drive- through. It was quite an experience taking my wheelchair through the drive-through to be able to use a gift card. On the upside, I enjoyed the nuggets, fries and frap I had.

Very disappointed today march 16 2002. I tried to pick up a door for my Uber customer (I’m an Uber driver) at 20:50hrs and there is sign by the door saying all deliveries has to go to drive thrue after 9:00 pm. Ask the lady and the guy(both are McDonald’s employees) smoking outside that door about my pick up. They both said you have to go to drive thrue while there is a huge line in there ( Uber isn’t paying me for that time). I had to cancel the order( I fell really for my Uber customer) . To McDonald’s, at least tell your employees NOT to smoke by the main entrance while their wearing that uniform and please BE NICE with your visitors ( both delivery drivers and customers).
