Yummy comforting food at this place. We were looking to eat chinese but it was a Monday or Tuesday can't remember so most places were shut. This place was open so we gave it a try. We had pho with beef and shared a plate of fresh shrimp rolls with peanut sauce. Delicious.

Delicious vermicelli bowls, crispy egg rolls, flavorful pork, and excellent service! Really enjoyed this place. Lots of seating and natural lighting.

The owners here are wonderful, the food is a hidden gem, under the radar awesome, best grilled pork of any Vietnamese around. Their vermicelli bowls are unbeatable, as is the #11 dry noodle combination. Somewhat oddly, they also do some remarkable Cajun fusion menu items, including literally the best fried catfish I've had on the west coast. I selfishly want to keep this place my best kept secret, but I also want the sweet elderly owners to do well so pleased go!

This place is tasty, authentic, and quiet. I went right before closing and they only had two things left on the menu: Beef or Chicken soup. Both were delicious. This is the kind of place you want to come to when you are ready for a massive vat of soup that will leave your heart and soul warm.

The best pho in Oakland. Kim is an awesome lady and runs the shop day in and day out. I recommend the beef special, had it multiple times and have always been amazed!

Thursday is usually my eastbay, but I've been under the weather lately. Today I decided I need a bowl of chicken pho badly. Came in when it was totally dead down time for restaurant. Run by a couple, the man doesn't seem to like talking or open his mouth if it's not related to your order. However, the sweet short lady was nice and friendly. She brought me hot tea told me not to sit near doorway because of cold draft coming in. Chicken pho had pieces of shredded chicken as fiber strands are seen floating. My first sip of broth revealed to much msg laden making migraine throbbing back of head. Good and healthy, but msg needs to go.
