Long day at work. Ordered online for my husband to pick up. I selected double portion of the pollo asada and barbacoa.
He arrives home with the pickup order and I pickup my bowl to find it ridiculously light. No steak. Some chicken.

The staff was weirdly hostile, and they charged me for guacamole I didn't order. The food was fine but like why upcharge people for no reason - and it seems to be a pattern.

The food is just like any other location. The young man who served my food was really efficient. However, the service was very mechanical and the staff was not able to provide a little human touch.
The layout of the restaurant is too open which I don't like. Everywhere you sit you feel you are on display to the public. There's not even a little corner to eat your meal quietly. Watch for that raised step after you enter the restaurant. If you trip you could end up losing some teeth.

One star - only because I have to. EMILY THE MANAGER IS RUDW AND UNHELPFUL. I called about a fraudulent order placed for pick up at her store and was told to call chilpolte multiple times and refused to give me a different number to call. Said she was too busy to help and I should call back later and hung up.

Three is for courtesy, patience, clean and staying under control under certain back/back incidents. Minus 2 do to availablity of walking parking,traffic from open to close. I will return.

Always made to feel ashamed to keep asking for more rice than they want to serve anyone! Prices fluctuate unexpectedly. The signature queso Blanco shouldn't cost extra!

This chain is an insult to Mexican food, and they underpay their workers. Our neighborhood needs more local business, not corporate chains. It was a sad day when they moved in a few years ago and drove away the Burrito Shop.

The service was great; as usual, the food choices to order were appetizetizing; although I chose the brisket over rice. The brisket was very tough and chewy. But the food was pleasing to the eye.
