The parking lot where the drive thru is OMG scary situation. People selling stuff out their cars, tons of people loitering, looks like a small homeless encampment back there with FISHY activity. Be safe going thru the drive OR don't go here.

The burger was fine but I had to send the milkshake back because strawberry milkshakes supposed to look strawberry not vanilla and I had to have a debate about it which I did not appreciate

Very rude they acted like they didn't speak English I ask for fresh hot food they got mad when I checked my food in the drive thru b4 leaving then they gave me my money back I just wanted my sandwich hot fresh I guess u don't get it your way lol

They don't cook their Patty's very well just enough for it to appear cooked untill ur take a bite.........u no when u go to a fast food place some times u have to remind them to add salt to the fries.....well if u want high blood pressure please this is the place u wanna go

My family lovingly know this park as "Spinny Park"! Bc of the fun spinning play structure. Always tons of kids to play with and friends to make. Good times!

Was just there, I usually don't complain but.... They forgot my drink, burger was cold and the fries were so salty couldn't eat them, I paid 14.00 for all of that and was harassed the entire time in the drive thru by a homeless person that didn't take I don't have any change as a good enough answer, seems good food and service is dead, I will never waste my hard earned money ever again at the fruitvale location ever again, and if YOU decide to eat there, you better have had your shots. I do not recommend if you are hungry.

My order (lg bacon king meal w/onion rings & frozen coke) was almost all wrong. There was no bacon on the bacon king and fries, not onion rings. I tried calling several times but no answer. Why post a phone # if you aren't going to answer your phone.
