The person who took my order was fast, friendly and got the order right the first time. I had my nine year old grandson with me and she was friendly to him too. She's an asset to the company. I'm sorry, I didn't get her name.

Clean place. Parking right up front. Good burgers...better with a coupon. The plant based burger is very good. Good for eating in or take out.

Cashier told me that Burger King didn't get the 2 for $5 commercial right. I told him I was there for that advertised special and that's what he said to me. Then he said "I don't want to talk to you!" His manager stepped in and said it was 2 for $6. At least she was professional. I won't be going back there.

Great to grab and go from visiting my friend as I'm heading home!! Only a few short minutes between my house & hers!!

Came for breakfast and I left my phone. Came back at 2:30 pm and the guy straightening up had turned it in. Yea, that's his job but this is Oakland and around here it's sadly beyond my expectations. I left a him a $10 tip which should have been more, he saved me 10x that. Plus time buying and setting up a new phone.
Good job burger king, give that guy a promotion and a raise!
