Jamba Juice

Love this Jamba place here at Oakland City Center, 12th Street!!! The staff are very friendly and helpful. They are also fast and efficient. They keep the place neat and clean. I've visited other places and they weren't as clean as this one. Everything I've had at Jamba is soooo good. Today I had the Acai primo bowl. It was so deliciously filling!!!

Went in for Lunch yesterday and was given the wrong size Smoothie even though I knew I ordered a Large. Lady said that I told her that I wanted the medium when she told me the prices. Those words never parted my lips. I feel bad for the guy that I judged that had the same issue before I ordered my smoothie. I thought he was just trying to get over and he wasn’t as it just happened to me too with the same lady. I think it’s either her comprehension or her listening. Either was she need not be on the register if she can’t do something as simple as get the correct size order smoothie. My drink was too loose as I tried to tell the guy making it to keep it chunky. He either ignored my request or simply didn’t hear me. Well…🤦🏾‍♀️

When I can't juice. I come here. Plus, gotta have my wheatgrass. It always rocks going to a place where EVERYBODY know your name :-) This Jamba in particular. They start making my order when they see me coming through the door. To the point where the others in line ahead of me turn around. Like Mae West once said, "I would rather be looked over, than overlooked"....how sweet it is ;-)

This was my first Jamba Juice on the West Coast! Jamba Juices were a staple in my East Coast world, and I was happy to see that they're just as delicious here. I had a small protein shake while meeting two business colleagues and loved it. I'd recommend stopping by if you're on your way to/from the BART station here.

Monday evening I stopped by , almost at closing time, I think I was the last client. I ordered something made of açai berry, strawberries etc, I forgot to tell the cashier that I didn't want any milk in it. The starting preparing the smoothie and I remembered and told her no milk please, she was screamed at me "next time say it before I start making it" I said I'm sorry. I felt really bad. Still I left a small tip. Said bye, nobody answer back. Bad business.
