Ordered a Combination Banh Mi (1) and a Pork Banh Mi (6). Very tasty and crunchy banh mi! The green bag that they give for each order is a nice addition. I’d definitely visit again :)

Lovely vietnamese take-out restaurant, the food is fresh and the menu offers a good variety all at reasonable prices. It's becoming our go to place for a quick lunch

Just bomb! The bread was so fresh and crunchy! One sandwich wouldn't do so I ordered two, Chicken and Combo. Combo was definitely my favorite. The service was wonderful, friendly and fast. Super clean inside with a few tables, a bench and outdoor seating as well.

Great prices and great food! We got the grilled pork sandwich and the shrimp spring roll. Both items were excellent, although the shrimp spring roll was my preference slightly. I will definitely be going back!

Best banh mi around! They also just got pho capablilities, but supplies do not last all day so get on it early. The people working here are very kind and capable, be sure to tip. Outdoor seating is a plus, and they have plenty of Sriracha on deck. The beef is my personal favorite.

Where have I been? This place is amazing!!! The staff is friendly and helpful, the pork banh mi was perfectly seasoned with all the right stuff. They helped me arrange it all so I could bike home w drink and sandwich. The even have a fine display of betta fighting fish!

So, to be fair, this is one of those instances where you don't do better until you know better (or in this case-tasted better). I had recently made another Banh Mi spot my home. And I didn't know what I was missing until I finally stumbled upon Mai Banh Mi in Oakland. OH MY GOD. There's a sandwich! I only eat the vegetarian but the tofu was so much more flavorful, the bread was crisp and soft at the same time. The jalapeños were fresh, even the cabbage tasted better. That's that on that. #DispenseOfTheBulls**t2k17 lol

Banh mi was so flavorful! Bread was perfect ( I hate it when the bread is hard that it cuts the roof of your mouth) and the Vietnamese coffee was spot on.. Not too sweet at all.. My new spot to get a banh mi sandwich.
