Even though I've lived in the Rockridge neighborhood for years, I've never been to this little place. It is always full of school kids. But today, I went because the kids are on break and it was empty. I looked over the menu, which has a variety of sandwiches for lunch and breakfast and smoothies and snacks galore. I decided to go simple and get a ham sandwich. It was pretty good. Could have made something similar at home. I would recommend because the people are VERY friendly.

With boxes of candy, chips, and cup-of-noodles, the offerings at this hole-in-the wall sandwich shop caters to the high school crowd (Oakland Tech is across the street). But if you want a simple, inexpensive classic sandwich, look no further. The store also offers salads and coffee drinks.

For a little coffee shop, they actually have great boba! I ordered passion green tea. It was delicious and had real passion fruit pieces in it which is not common. The boba was super soft and still warm. A little too sweet, but next time I’ll just get half sugar.
