Wow!! A new low for starbucks. This place is completely filthy and poorly maintained. Why make these employees work today, 2 Jan 2017 12pm, when they clearly do not want to be here. Better to keep the doors closed because you don't have the right people than be open and staffed with the wrong people. Rachel was the employee that drew the short straw apparently and had to run the register. What a pointless attitude. I was the only one at the register when placing my order. Rachel was the only employee at the front counter, the other two were in the back chatting from what it looked like. I stood there for a second watching Rachel wipe down the counters and she didn't even acknowledge me. I finally spoke up and said I need to use your restroom please. To which she said are you ordering something and I responded with yes. She then replied that she would have to take my order before I could use the restroom. And then she continued to wipe the counters down instead of coming to the register and putting in my order. She made it very obvious that she was not in much of a rush to either take my order or give me the code or allow me to go into the restroom. She took her time and didn't seem to be very bothered about customer service. It would have appeared as though I annoyed her just by my presence in ordering a drink or needing to use the restroom. I can't say that she said anything rude to me does she basically said nothing at all. it was just body language that conveyed her annoyance with having to do something. What's my order was taken Rachel let me into the restroom which I found to be unstopped IE no paper towels no toilet paper and no soap. The floors were dirty and nasty and the restroom had an odor to it as though it hadn't been cleaned in a while. After the less-than-impressive bathroom experience I then went to find a table to sit while I waited for my order. Each and every table was dirty with cups towels and crumbs. Each table I tried was also very sticky and hadn't been wiped down or cleaned all day. I went to find napkins to wipe down the table so that I could sit and there were no napkins in the condiment bar. These people obviously do not care, why keep them around or have your doors open just so that customers can have a bad experience. Makes no sense...

I always go to Starbucks to meet with Different people who want to be apart of the Gated Garden Of Peace,Love And Respect "37MLK". We're we live as one Unhoused Family Pushing towards getting some Used RV's/Campers/Motor-Homers to keep the theft away from are things and tents from this day on.

Typical Starbucks, but very slow service during busier periods. This location basically gets slammed in the mornings and then has only trickles of traffic the rest of the day, and I guess they schedule based on average traffic instead of peak traffic.
Expect to wait ~20 minutes for your drink in the morning, unless you’re just getting brewed coffee. Ordering ahead is very helpful to avoid spending time waiting around!

They have coffee and food, but they've covered up all their power outlets. Not a good option if you're planning to spend time working on a laptop.

Very friendly, competent staff and amazing Starbucks products, but this location is rundown. Power outlets and blinds on windows have been removed. Bathroom is often out of order due to being thrashed by some visitors, despite very valiant efforts to regulate its use.

This is one of the worst run Starbucks I’ve ever been to. They seem to be chronically understaffed- right now I am here watching the 3 employees struggle to keep up. There are 6 people waiting in line to order and several waiting for their drinks. There is no one making drinks at all and there are about 8 cups for orders lined up. I will routinely place a mobile order 20 min before I leave my house, and then have to wait another 10 minutes for my order after I get to the store. The employees themselves seem to be trying hard, but it’s clear that they need more support.
