Food was really good and the staff was nice and friendly. However, I am giving 3 stars because the restaurant was simply not clean! For food that’s this good you would hope to have cleaner restrooms and steaming areas but this place was filthy dirty! Won’t be returning.

Hesitated to leave my review here because this is the best sit down dim sum place in the Bay Area and I am afraid it gets too popular as more reviews come in. I’ve been to this place twice and it’s best to come before 11am on the weekends. Only waited for 15 mins for group of 3. Seems longer wait for large groups. The space is not big compared to other sit down dim sum places so no room for dim sum cart and everything is ordered through menu. There is a wait for the food but the service is amazing. Super friendly staffs and the food is worth the wait. Turnip cake is the best I had in the bay. Porridge is so yummy but soup dumplings is okay. Everything is so soft and the quality beats the prices compared to other places. Will definitely come back again and again!

I’ve never talked up a spring roll before but these are a must try. The shrimp and pork dumplings were great. Piping hot and amazing flavor. 10/10.

Amazing dim sum and service that was well worth the ~1hr wait on a Sunday. They were super accommodating and kind, especially when we had food allergies. Come enjoy the food early in the day then very quickly leave because its unfortunately a dangerous area

Best dim-sum in the east bay. Lovely dive in Oakland's Chinatown. I recommend the bbq pork buns. Cheap and absolutely delish. Will surely satisfy your craving for good, authentic, quality Chinese food.

It's a decent place. The price is surprisingly reasonable considering the quality of food.

One word: congee. Best I’ve had in the Bay. Perfect amount of ginger and white better flavor. The egg and meat inside were also incredible. I will come back for that. I also liked the service.

Waited about 10-15 mins. Food was good (ordered haar gow, siu mai, meatballs, spring rolls, turnip cake, chicken feet, spare ribs, shanghai dumplings, rice steamed in lotus leaf), employees are very polite/friendly. Aside from the turnip cake was too soft / not crispy enough that it falls apart, and the soy sauce spare ribs taste fine but different than expected, everything else taste as authentic as you can get. Spring rolls have shrimps and a lot of greens in it, just FYI. Will definitely go back for more!
