Round Table Pizza

I lived in the Lake Merritt area in '81 and '84, and we used to eat at this very location back in the day. Loved their pizza! Just happened to Google map Oakland and found that they're still in business at the same location (or maybe across the street). What a pleasant surprise. Lots of precious memories in that area.

I normally use DoorDash or Uber eats to get my food delivered but since it was so close by I decided to just use round tables delivery. When they got here I realized they were missing a soda and a ranch dip sauce. It was going to take too long to have them bring that over afterwards so I simply tried to at least get credit for what I didn’t get but paid. Every time I called they told me to callback in 20 minutes when someone authorized would be available. I called 4 times with 20 minutes in between and they simply kept saying the same thing. What do you call when someone asks you to pay for something but they never give it to you??

I ordered a sausage, pepperoni, green peppers, and onions with extra sauce from here and they said it would take an hour which I was fine with. So they delivered my pizza cold and no extra sauce!!! So I called asking for what I paid for and the girl had an attitude so did the manager. They told me it would take an hour or two for them to deliver me another pizza because they were busy. I'm in town on business and will never order from them again!! Then they bring the second pizza which is the exact same as the first one smhl......DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE
