Good place for breakfast food (that's what I've been there for) with your usual assortment of waffles, pancakes, meats, and heated beverages at decent prices. Decor is "Minnesota cabin" and cozy, with bookshelves full of read-at-hand paperbacks. Service was quick and friendly.
Service was great, we went a little after 1pm on a Sunday and got seated right away. I try not to go too late before closing time but we hadn’t had anything to eat that whole morning. The servers are funny as they bicker with the regulars. The food was great! We got the eggs Benedict (I would go back for this), French toast and waffle with chocolate chips (also yum!! I’m picky with the way my waffles are made and taste). Everything was great and we were satisfied with the big meal. Marking this spot for whenever we’re in the area again.
The BEST breakfast café in the northern burbs! Great food and service with a smile! It's well worth the 35 minute drive from where I live.
Food was excellent and the service was worth the time. Our group of 8 took 2 tables on a Sunday. We got seated fairly quickly and our food was served reasonably fast.
BEST Country Fried Steak EVER!!! I have had it twice in the same week it's so good. Never disappointed here. I can't get enough! The staff is top notch. Love this place!!!

This is a homey place for a cozy breakfast. The food was so quick and hearty and very, very, good. The coffee pot left on your table! Felt like eating at Gram's.
