The food is DELICIOUS! Lobster rolls were drenched in butter (in the best way) in toasted brioche buns, seafood salad platter was super fresh, and the homemade tartar sauce that came with the fried clam strips was 😘 chefs kiss! Great food, very kind staff.

I was on the road at lunch time and stopped in. I love local independent places and David's was great. A lot of reasonably priced choices so I hope I have a chance to go back. I had the steak bomb sandwich which was really good. I didn't have to wait but I bet it gets busy.

The food was delicious! And so was the ice cream. The workers were nice and friendly, but can get distracted if busy. They didn't get my complete order the first time and had to wait longer for the missing items. Ambience is relax and casual. I would totally recommend!

Awesome spot to kick back outside and share a picnic with your two legged friends or four legged! My dog and I split a burger that was delicious and got 4 paws up from my pooch! It’s fried food at its best and the milk shake was perfect.

Love David's!! Perfect roadside clam shack, a great entry point to the Connecticut and Rhode Island shore. Once we see the big dinosaur and David's, it's like a sign that vacation is on. Great fried clams and overall good food and ice cream. Nothing exceptional about the food but it's a big menu with all the classic clam shack fare plus more variety than many places like this. An American classic! Plenty of seating inside and out.
