Every time I go here I never have to wait long. This is one of the few Dunkin’s that always get my order right. There is a blonde woman who works the mornings who is always super helpful and professional. Today she fixed my coffee before it got to my window because she noticed they added cream and I take it black. Again best Dunkin! Amazing staff!!!

I used to love going here for my nightly cup of joe and the lady there, i think her name was samerha, was alwasy the nicest person and always made my experience a good one. The brough in this new one and is so rude. I went during the day inestead and the women there were more interested in arguing with each other than doing their job. The owner she vet his people better bc that was just embarrassing even for a dunkin. Id assume only grade schoolers work there. Id call the health dept too by how bad its gotten.

The worst Dunkin donut ever , I paid $8.6 for my Caramel cappuccino blast and she asked for Extra money for the caramel!!!??? , I asked her for my money back I felt like she wants to kill me .

The staff would only give me the bathroom code for the men’s room even though I am clearly a woman. Not sure why they wanted to keep people out of the women’s bathroom. Suspicious.

MAJOR Problem with drive thru.many vehicles damaged. Should be redesigned or closed down.staff rude and snotty.refused to call police or manager. Owner refuses liability. 🤬
