Smashburger

It was pretty cool to find a place that hits the spot for your Burger Crave, on the way to the airport. Brisket double cheeseburger did exactly that. Make sure to have them add lettuce and tomato!! If they had grilled onions, it would be perfect!! Try the brussel sprouts. You'll be pleasantly surprised. Yummy 😋

First visit...definitely 5 stars! There was no wait, the associate helping us answered our questions with no issue and the food was hot, fresh and delicious!! 5/6/22: 2nd Visit, ordered online, skipped the short line, was in and out in under 5 min. Again, our food was hot and most importantly the order was accurate!

I had their turkey burger. It was salty. I had their tater tots and they were good. The way they seasoned their tatos tots was a new flavor for me but I didn’t mind it. It’s expensive here. It’s like the cashier charged me separately for every item like their wasn’t a meal. The bottled water was $2.99. I came with some friends and they really enjoyed what they had so I’d say give this place a chance.

We walked into this place feeling great and hungry after a very long day. We walk in and we get a rush of nail salon smell. I cant tell if it’s the onions or the cleaner they used that never dried on our table. We ordered our food and asked for a milkshake, you wouldn’t believe what she said. “Our machine is down right now.” we brushed this comment off even though we were so excited to try the oreo shake. We sat down and waited for 30 minutes for half of our order and then we proceeded to wait another 30 minutes for a chicken sandwich, while waiting we witnessed the girl make a man a milkshake. Right. In. Front. Of. Us…. yeah shake shack is the place to go

Nice staff but not impressed with overall restaurant. Business was slow but a few interior and exterior tables were not cleaned. There were no coffee-related frozen shakes available dispite listing on menu. Food portions not equating to price compared to other similar eateries. Food was tasty, thankfully.

Super cheap, quick bites. I've only been once but I enjoyed my visit enough to wish to return. I ordered a truffle mushroom burger with grilled onions (as suggested to add by the cashier). I wanted to try their seasonal shake but they were all out. The burger came out quickly, had a tasty sauce that I wish there was more of on it. The grilled onions was a nice touch. I'll be back to hopefully try their shakes 👀.

On May the 14, I had an online order and they mess the whole order up. The lady manager said to go pick it up. I'm sorry but if I'm ordering delivery why will I want to go pick it up? I say, if I could have a refund instead we'll, apparently she was gonna talk to her boss. For God's sake she is the general manager??? Just refund me the difference to my card the same way that you took my money out. The wasn't the only part --- The burgers that we got were over cooked and salty. The salad that I order was specifically said no protein and it had eggs???? I argue that as well but they said that eggs aren't protein? a week later I finally called back because no contact but this time I spoke to a male manager. He was kind to return my call back explaining that I will get a refund but only on earth of the food that was missing. I accepted that response. Two weeks later and no response or refund? I called again, He said he'll talk to his boss. It's now June the 30th and still no refund??? Why the heck have I not gotten a refund. Do I need to go in person and be on their faces? All I want is my money that should have to petty. Even better refund me my whole bill for all this hassle and for the food to be so distasteful. I still can believe I need to plead for my own money.
