I haven't been here in a while, felt out of place because I decided to make a return today and browse around early on a Saturday; they were swamped with customers but the moment I came in I was greeted, was able to ask questions and wasn't rushed. The young lady that helped me was so sweet. We got a few donuts and two bread (would definitely recommend the chocolate croissant to everyone, it was delicious). Their homemade bread is incredible, we got the French bread to go with our pasta and cant wait to try the cinnamon swirl bread tomorrow. We are looking forward to being returning customers and trying your chocolate pie. Thanks again for the wonderful experience even when you are at your busiest.

So thankful for the helpful people at Chris' Bakery. With short notice, they made a 3-layer death by chocolate cake. It was perfect, so pretty and delicious. Will definitely order from them again!

It was good, but not the best.
I am mostly upset that they have a blackberry doughnut that has (an amazing) blackberry glaze but is filled with plain frosting. Hardly a blackberry dream. :(
But the icing is super generous and the lady at the counter today was very kind in answering our questions!

First timer here & definitely will not be my last! Polite & patient staff. Busy place on the weekend, which already told me they would be good. Large selection of pastries, donuts, cupcakes, pies, cakes & bread. First place I’ve seen that has offered Napoleons. Got a variety of pastries and donuts. Tried a piece of every single one & not a single one was disappointing. The moisture, flavor and richness was impressive. As someone who is somewhat of a pastry “snob” this place took the cake on my list of best places I’ve been too in the PNW!

When I had to order a cake for my parents 50th anniversary, I knew Chris' Bakery would not disappoint. It was fantastic. I had to order it via email, as I live in TX, and all communication was thorough and professional. Each layer was a different flavor (lemon, vanilla and almond) and it was DELICIOUS! Everyone was very impressed, especially my parents. Thank you for the amazing edible work of art!

I love this place, we do homeschool and every Thursday my son and I come here to do homeschool out of the house. All the girls are so nice and professional. Place is always clean and with a good vibe. Nice prices and delicious desserts, I even bring home a pup cake for my doggie❤️

I just found out last week that Chris' Bakery existed! Luckily for me, my Saturday involved a trip to Oak Harbor and I of course had to stop by and give a cinnamon roll a try. And I am so glad I did! A cute little bakery with so many choices! Seating was a little limited, so be prepared if you go on a busy day. The cinnamon roll did not disappoint. It had just the right amount of soft, "gooeyness" inside and the glaze was not insanely sweet. The staff was also so friendly. My family is definitely going to enjoy all of the muffins and goodies I loaded up with.

I always miss this place since they’re open early & sell out of their good stuff quick but today I was able to swing by since we had morning errands & it was well worth the wait. We ordered a chocolate cream pie, chicken salad sandwich, breakfast sandwich (sausage, not pictured) & a BBQ brisket croissant. Everything was AMAZING. Even my 3yo was making noises while he ate half of my chicken sandwich because it was SO GOOD. He says he wants to go again soon, we will definitely be back. You have returning customers during our time in Oak Harbor :)
