Scammers. Gave me dry, old and cold chicken tenders and fries. Chicken tenders were so flat & about 2 inches in length. There was hardly any meat in tenders. Tenders were as hard as rocks.
Extremely disappointed with this meal. Served me this junk within 5 seconds. Fries were very dry too. I paid $8 for this junk. Disgusting business practices.

There is nothing that irks me more than somewhere that lies about their shake machine being broken (which, to be fair, is most places) but when you put a sign up in your drive through that says shake machine is broken because your staff is lazy AF and doesn’t want to be bothered with the task, that’s another level.

Food was very good, but their soda drink fountain was not working. I ordered tea instead and they filled our cups over the top with ice and don't get much tea. We all got fries with our order, 1 kids fri was to the top the other was a good amount lower. The adult fries - 1 was over the top, the 2nd was 3/4 full and the 3rd was about a quarter full.

It is very difficult to reach from highway K. The location isn't very clean and the customer service is lacking compared to other Arby's in the area.

Pork rib sandwich was ok. A little light on meat quantity compared to their ad pictures. Asked for ketchup for the fries and got a single 9g packet for a medium size fries. Window attendant left before I could ask for more packets.. Who can make a single packet of ketchup last for an order of fries? Staff not very friendly.

The staff is very friendly and its never really busy inside during the time we go so its perfect for us to dine inside. Our food is always fresh and hot i tried the boneless wings and crinkle fries was not disappointed definitely recommend.
