Excellent food & excellent service! Have been here many times after going because we found a Groupon and we've been going for a couple years now ever since. All of our guests we take there fall in love with it too. Fresh Mexican food. Good prices. The owner is always very nice and smiling. Often he is working along with his employees & most may not recognize that he's the owner. Love to see that theirs an owner who is involved with working along as often as or with his employees & at their level. Very sincere & all the servers are great. We have never had an unhappy or unpleasant experience here. It has earned 5 stars with us since the 1st visit & has kept them.

We've been comin to Jose's since he opened! We LOVE the food, atmosphere and the staff. Jose works so hard and is ALWAYS visible for his customers. He wants you to enjoy his good as much as he does! We've had almost every appetizer and every menu item. My new favorite go to is the carnitas plate with white rice. Yummy!!!! My son always eats the all beef nachos. Sorry the pics don't do justice this time... We were SO hungry and it was so good we had several bites before the pics were taken.

I had the Pollo Con Rajas and it was wonderful! The service was good. We were in the area for a cross country meet and wanted to get something to eat before the races began. We chose this place randomly, and are glad we did. Prices are reasonable (standard Mexican restaurant). I recommend stopping in if you are in the O'Fallon area.

Found this place by accident and I'm very glad that we did. The food was excellent and by far the best tasting than any Mexican place I've ever eaten at. The salsa was so good that our very nice server, Gabriel, packed some for us to go. Not only was the food good, the presentation was great as well. I'd highly recommend this place to anyone who is done eating at other chain Mexican restaurants. Special thank you to the staff, especially our server Gabriel, for being very attentive. We appreciated it.

Service was off even at 5 on a Friday night. Evidently,a third delivery service has been added and the kitchen was slammed and had trouble handling diners along with takeout. It was taken off our order,but the shrimp for our fajitas was "off" and left our fajitas tasting a bit fishy. I understand growth, but we had been to the restaurant 2 weeks earlier and had none of the issues we encountered - slower wait service, food quality issues, and long wait for food.
