We had the most amazing date lunch before going to check in at the Spirit of St Louis Air show, a super great meal, awesome waitress/server named Stephany just an all round great day ahead. Sending love and light to everyone.

Reasonable prices
Today's visit was awesome. All of the staff were hard working courteous with the exception of the worker who was in charge of the yeast rolls. An older man asked him to get some rolls and then when he came back he threw them on the server tray in a forceful manner. Very rude 😒

This location is one of the best around. The staff and management team work extremely hard and should be commended for everything they do. They are always cleaning, talking with guests, making tasty dishes and making sure every customer has a great experience. We have always enjoyed every visit. They go out of their way to make our family apart of their family. Bree is there almost every day and always stops by our table to say hello, asks about our family and she checks on our meal. She is a great manager and a great person to chit chat with. She is the cherry to our visits.

Nothing like being greeted at the front door by 3 employees- 2 of which are smoking cigarettes- who immediately inform you that they close at 8 (it’s 7:35 pm) and lock the doors- but the buffet stays up until 8:30. (Online it says they are open till 9 btw.)
I was waiting on the rest of my party to arrive so I ask if my son & I can use the restroom… make our way to through the almost completely full dining room to the restrooms that most definitely haven’t been cleaned all day.
As I make my way back up to the front to meet the rest of our party and pay, I hear a server complain, “why are people still coming in! We close at 8!!”… Only to make my way to the front to get our drinks and hear, probably the same server, walk by repeating her displeasure that “people” were still coming in (and I can only assume by “people” she means me and my party of a total of 5 people)…
As a former server- my first job being at a buffet, I get it- but even at 16 I knew better than to make comments like that or smoke a cigarette in front of customers. These were adults.
I would never eat at this location because the workers are unprofessional and I can only imagine how that translates to the food.
To the staff- do better. Be thankful you have a job and are busy. If you don’t like it- find another job.

Food is solid, place is clean, staff generally friendly. Don't expect gourmet food but for Golden Corral its pretty good, far better than the now closed and torn down location in St Charles ever was. The food was okay. No fried chicken wings. Only seemed to be breasts. There were no clean glasses to fix our own beverages. The lemonade did not look or taste like lemonade. The water had a yellow tint to it. The waiter seemed like it was a bother when we asked him to replace the lemonade and water because they did not look or taste right. The waiter was not very attentive or friendly. I had to get up and go to the register to ask the manager for clear water.

The line to get inside was long, but maybe this is because we came on a Sunday. It took about 30 minutes in line before we were able to pay for our food. The cost has gone up over the years; that is expected though; especially now since everything has gone up in price. The food was okay.. I guess... the meat for the salad was frozen and stuck to the dish they serve it in, the fried chicken was extra salty, greasy tasting but very dry (unedible) the steak I asked for was supposed to be medium well however it was not; and again for me unedible. My toddler really enjoyed the Mac and cheese, mashed potatoes, nachos, and crusted whitefish. Our server or host, I'm unsure what you would call the lady who attended to refills and clearing off our table was pleasant, polite, and on top of her job, which was appreciated. Thanks, Natalie, for being sweet in a busy atmosphere. Overall, we left fed, full, and content. It may be a few more years before we come back, only because we usually eat at home. Today, we wanted someone else to wash our dishes.

Management and security is very rude. While waiting in line my husband and our two children needed to use the bathroom so I waited in line with our party of 8 for them. We were all wearing matching shirts and it was clear we were all together. My husband asked security if there was a table big enough for all of us and security accused him of jumping the line and trying to eat for free. He explained he was just waiting for the kids to use the bathroom (it's a single stall) and the rest of the party was in line. Security followed him and our two young sons from the bathroom to the line, where we were all waiting while continuing to loudly verbally assault him. The security guard was Steven Milton. My husband decided to speak to the manager because he would not stop and the manager, Bria, was just as rude. We decided to leave and go to the one in south county. Much better experience.
