Love the pre-packaged cones with the fudge and the nuts they're totally Frozen so they don't melt while you're driving so they do come in handy but loaded with calories

I came in with my 2 children after a dentist appointment and had a lovely experience. The man serving me was Dylan and he displayed amazing customer service and was a huge help. Will be back!

Great service. I went there 9:40 pm last night to get my mother a birthday cake. They where closed. However they sold me a cake anyway even thought the lights where off. Surprisingly they asked if I wanted something written on it, which I would not expect after they are closed. If the employees told me they could not help me I couldn’t even be mad. I wish I got the person’s name who helped me to post here. Thanks again.

I walked into Carvel and was immediately greeted by a promising young man and scholar, named Dylan Brian Taylor. He was very kind to my children and I and he scooped my ice cream to perfection. Overall Dylan Brian Taylor really made my experience at Carvel in Norwalk and I recommend others go to Carvel in Norwalk to see him as well.
