Arby's

The last two times that I have gone there. They were out of curly fries. This time they were out of nuggets. Also the person at the intercom for the drive up was incredibly rude. This is the third time the meal has been incredibly terrible. Will never shop at this Arby's again. Look at the picture did I post it up a meal. Looks appetizing doesn't it?

Service sucked. They are more worried about their cell phones than customers. Got half my order, fries were from the bottom of the pan, cheese isn't melted on sandwiches. I asked for a chicken ranch sandwich not a chicken tender sandwich. They should learn how to read an order to fulfill it completely.

The quality of service has gone down. finally came back after a month when i was left at the order screen for the drive-thru after being told "They would take my order in just a minute." I was too courteous and stayed longer than i should have. They never got back to me to take my order and i left. Today I order my normal roast beef sandwich with Diet Coke(I'm Type 2). I get my order and head home only to find out they gave me a the cheddar sandwich and a regular Coke. This convenient place is no longer convenient. Oh and they were not busy, I was the only one in the drive-thru

I love this Arby's. The meat is always so fresh. Never a bad experience here. Fast, fresh and friendly. ONLY lost 1 star because the floor had been freshly mopped when I came in with NO wet floor signs anywhere. I nearly fell twice and felt like I was walking on ice. Would have been a 5 star all the way rating had there been a couple wet floor signs or maybe wait until after the lunch rush to mop?
