Chateau

This has become one of my favorite places to dine in, the food never disappoints and the service is on point and most of the servers friendly. I will definitely recommend this place for date night, family time, girls night out, etc. They also have a function hall for any occasion that just reopened and the view is very nice. We recently celebrated my daughters birthday and she loved it and so did we. We really enjoyed the pistachio cannoli which is one of the new additions to the dessert menu, we can’t wait to go back!

Love the ambiance. Food is a strong point but not an outright bonafide plate mover imo. It's the combination of the view and the decor and also the family atmosphere with above average Italian food that really makes me wanna go back. I mean they offer good Italian bread as an appetizer. Not many places that aren't mom and pop do that anymore. And the chicken Parm I ate was very good. Bare in mind too I have acid reflux and my stomach is super picky about what acidity sets it off. Some store shelf brands do this one didn't. Plus it's made in house.

Encouraged by the positive reviews, we were excited to try Chateau. Unfortunately, the experience has left a lot to be desired. Overall, the food was sub-par, even though we were super hungry (you know how everything tastes better when you are hungry?). The bread was cold and tasted just like the $1.99 loaf of Italian bread you get from any grocery store. My hubby's "veal" parmesan turned out to be chicken and my broiled seafood platter was the worst I've ever had - bland and questionably fresh. The potatoes were burnt and the "butternut squash" tasted and looked like canned pumpkin. We had high hopes, but unfortunately this was a one and done for us.

My husband and I went here for my friend's son's bar mitzvah. It was really nice. The place is beautiful the food was good. However I ordered the eggplant parm and was a little disappointed because the pasta was a little lackluster. Al dente and not much flavor. The sauce was kind of chunky was not much flavor I ate the eggplant parm and left the pasta. I also ate my husband's rice pilaf and his carrots they were pretty good. Overall the place is really nice that atmosphere is really pretty in the staff are very friendly.

I've had to come back and change this rating. I used to have it way higher... but this place has gone downhill. This used to be a monthly spot for our family, now we will probably wait a very long time before giving it another shot. For a place that serves a lot of pasta, I can't remember the last time I got a pasta dish that was properly drained/wasn't completely watered down and flavorless. Service? I can't remember the last time we got served drinks in less than 15 minutes, and the last time we waited over 20 to even get asked for drinks. The last 2 times we witnessed people walk out without paying, either from the service being BEYOND slow or the food being bad. For a place that used to be a family favorite, I have no idea what happened.
