Waited 24 mins for my mobile order and the food was cold. Refused to refund. Worst chain of McDonald’s. I drive out of my way every morning to visit the McDonald’s on Arlington, under different ownership. Not sure why I was hopeful that this trip would be any better than in the past. Save your time and money.
Here is a picture of the large fry I finally received. Not even half full. I know that they are supposed to “fluff and not stuff” the fries but this is beyond ridiculous. And the manager acted like me wanting what I paid for, since I couldn’t have a refund, was insane.

Our son and nephew have food poisoning from lunch yesterday. Sad part was we ordered 2 nugget happy meals and got 2 burger meals. Can't help but wonder if we'd just returned the food if they would have been so sick. And before anyone asks "how do you know it was this place?" Well it's the only place both of them ate yesterday and they live in separate households. So there is that.

This location tends to be unreliable as far as having things like lemons for iced tea. If I order delivery from them it's almost delivered incorrectly. That said, you can almost forget about it because of just how polite and friendly their employees are, especially drive through.

Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had. None of the kiosks were working online ordering was not working stood at the cash register 10 minutes before anyone helped me, finally was able to order then the wait began, we waited 28 minutes for our food that wasn't even hot WE WERE THE ONLY PEOPLE INSIDE. No I'm sorry for the wait no nothing I spent 40 dollars there what a waste of our time and money

I put in my first mobile order and waited 15 mins... then had to go in and was told they never received my order .. then she turned around and walked away! Pretty irritated and felt like they could have given me better customer service

Filet of fish has gone down hill. When I received my sandwich it was like a joke, fish on the right side of the bun, what passes as a slice of cheese on the left and a good portion of tartar sauce in my box not on the sandwich. At least try to do your job.

This is the slowest McDonalds around. Management needs to fix something quickly. Otherwise customers will start dropping like flies. I waited almost an hour to get an M&M McFlurry..

Horrendous wait times. I understand staffing is low everywhere. But with only 4 cars in line, it should never take 30 mins for a single order of chicken nuggets and fries.
