Literally just left Dunkin Donuts In Northlake 1:30 Monday , ordered an iced coffee , they mistakenly gave me a hot coffee. Instead of ree making my iced coffee , the poured it into a cup and added some ice. The ice was melted by the time it was given to me. No not recommend this Dunkin 👎

Did not like the service in the drive thru. I order and xl coffee and the guy gave a large. When I told him it was an xl her was like I charged you for a large. I told him I will pay the difference. His facecal and body reasons was not right he gave attitude and it was because he on a personal phone call.

Horrible staff in the drive through. Employee seemed to forgot how to speak whenever I pulled up to the window, and rolled her eyes whenever I asked for a receipt. I work in customer service and have had bad days, but wow.

My coffee smells like curry I dont eat curry I dislike it so much I can smell it and I can taste it in my coffee. This is NOT OKAY! I am so disgusted 🤢

Horrible customer service need new staff. Worst Dunkin in the are always get my order wrong. Save yourself a trip and money and stop at a different location.

I stopped going there long time ago. The drive through service has much to wish for. The staff is pretty rude and the wait time is horrible. Parking is small and packed all the time.
