Went in with our family, 8 people. The waitress who seated is, and was our waitress sighed rudely. We waited an hour for our drinks, an hour and a half for food, and then 1 plate was sent to another table! The food was good and the manager discounted the bill, which is why I gave 2 stars. We won't be going back.

Recently iHOP hasn’t been too enjoyable, but this time I really liked it. They changed my mind I really prefer dining in than taking out. There service was fantastic and there food was really great too! I was very pleased and do hope to revisit soon.

Food is cold because I chose curbside pickup and followed instructions for that. You have to txt your name and which spot you are in. After waiting for almost 10 minutes after the first txt I sent another one. Finally had to call and was told no txt had gone through on their end.

Server was kinda polite. That's oil all around the sides of the plate. To top it off I got my check before I was remotely close to finish eating.

Love this store. People are friendly and efficient. My husband is super picky about the way he has his food they get it right every time.

Service was good, good presentation was not as good as other IHOP locations. Hot chocolate was delivered regular, at another IHOP the next day, it was served with whip cream and dressed well for company that enjoyed hot chocolate. Always enjoy the food and service, would be nice to be consistent though and without question, Burleson location has set the standard in all categories

Absolutely horrendous service and inattentive staff. Only 2 stars because the shift manager at the time I was there is the only competent employee working there.
Their sign in the kitchen says “If it ain’t perfect, don’t serve it”. Well they served it and it wasn’t even close to perfect.
