Dunkin'

I was there 10mins before they closed and wanted to get a drink and was standing at the line for 2 minutes while the lady that was in front of me was getting some ice cream when it was my turn the guy that was with a girl working told me the people getting the ice cream we’re the last people the we’re going to take because it was close when their was still 10 more minutes and he could of told me that when I was standing in line already! Not only that but it seem like the guy working there was hugging the girl employee before I got there and the lady with the ice cream! I really like this shop but after what happened to me never am I coming back! The employees working there 2-10-2022 at night seemed soo lazy not wanting to take my order and telling their were close so they can’t take me smh

The old lady that appears to be a manager is super rude and treats the own team members very disrespectfully. I bought a strawberry smoothie but since they didn’t have any they offered a mango one. I had already payed so I said yes. When I tried it I didn’t like it so I asked if I could just change it for a different drink that I would like. One of the boys that work offered me the tropical one (that doesn’t appear on the menu) and I said yes. When he started making it the lady looks at him and asks him about the situation and she later comes over and tells me I couldn’t have it because I chose mango. I told her that I didn’t know there was a different option because it didn’t appear on the menu. Plus I had given him the mango one to not keep both. Just the one I changed it for. She was so rude to me. I’ve worked in fast food so I know how sometimes it can be annoying when a customer complains but I asked politely and even gave back the smoothie so I wouldn’t take two. She started telling me that they couldn’t throw away and make one new. But I was going to throw it away either way, why couldn’t they have the consideration to give me a different one for the money I PAID for. It’s not that I was getting it for free or anything. At the end I wasn’t mad about that, I was mad because of the way that old lady treated me when all I did was ask politely, I understood if they said no, I was just going to keep it. Obviously having paid for a drink you want to enjoy and getting a different one is a disappointment but I was willing to accept the “only other option” they offered. Anyways, If she doesn’t want to work in customer service then she should find a different job because it’s not the first time I go and she speaks rude to different customers including me.

Ordered through the app ice coffee and they told me they don’t have iced only hot I asked to get another coffee and I can add some cash they said no we can’t do this only refund through the app ... app customer service only Monday till Friday. (the girl were super rude) the first and last time I visit this location (just paid for nothing)

This dunkin donuts is the biggest one around in my area. Has a great and bigger variety of donuts and all of them taste. I do wish though that they bring back the oreo cheesecake donuts. Please do bring them back. The coffee also is well done. I do notice that other dunkin donuts makes the coffee differently and some I don't like but this one makes it perfectly.

I worked there for a few weeks and it was the worst job experience i`ve ever had I have many years of manager experience in these type of businesses and also like a team member, starting with the boss it looks like he doesn't care they mistreat the customers, there is three workers in the morning they are very disrepectful with the customers and they acting like if they owned the store, they do whatever they want, I definetly don't recommend this Dunkin Donuts even to work
