Captain Pizza

Won’t be back to captains after a recent incident. Called and ordered a chicken caesar wrap with fried chicken for delivery. To prevent any mistakes, I specifically repeated fried chicken numerous times on the phone. Upon receiving my food, I found that the chicken inside the wrap was grilled. A simple mistake. I politely called the restaurant to inform them of their mistake and to possibly send over the correct wrap. The same man who originally took the order was now arguing with me that the chicken was in fact fried. I was shocked as I steered down at the grilled chicken in the wrap. He couldn’t comprehend the fact that he was wrong. He told me he would know it was fried since he made it but the sad reality was that he did not know. A situation like this shouldn’t call for any sort of escalation but the man was standing firm on his beliefs. After being hung up on numerous times, I was finally able to reach a more reasonable individual. It would make sense after such frustration to request a full refund, however, I only requested the wrap to be credited. I’d like to add that I’ve never had an issue with the food here. However, I can’t rationally return to a business that treats their customers with such bitter disrespect.

Prices are significantly more expensive than what is listed on their website, if you order delivery they will not tell you thiswhen you order. Of you call buck to ask about the price difference they will explain "well we have a sign in the store". I work very near captains and order from time to time, and 4 times out of 5 times there are issues with the food or service.

They have food, can't say it's very good food or very bad food. It will fill you up but as far as being worth more than 2 stars, 2 stars is a generous rating. Try it and see for yourself, or not, there's better delivery type pizza food in the area, you might have to look hard to find any.. good delivery food that is.
