Heav'nly Donuts

I love donuts and was excited to finally try Heav’nly. Wow I was so disappointed. Slightly better than Dunkin which is petty awful. These are probably much better when they are fresh but my donuts were not fresh. Chocolate glazed and honey dipped donuts were dry - like they have been sitting out for atleast 12-15 hours. These were probably made the night before. Chocolate covering is thin and inconsistently applied. Ordered a muffin and breakfast sandwich and they were both very good. Iced coffee was good too. Service was prompt and friendly. Sandwich was made in about two minutes. Won’t be coming back - there are just too many other great donuts shops in the area.

I walked in last Friday with my husband and 2 young sons.we approached the counter and there was no friendly greeting. The young girl behind the counter clearly hates her job. It was our 1st time visiting, and many of the doughnuts weren’t labeled so when my son and I asked what kind some of them were the girl behind the counter was extremely rude and rushing even though there wasn’t anyone else in line. Her tone was even rude towards my husband when he ordered an XL coffee she barked back saying they don’t have XL even though it’s on the menu. Believe it or not Dunkin Donuts hires a better class of staff. As for the doughnuts and coffee were just ok therefore we will be sticking Dunks and Starbucks

sorry, but this is just a low quality donut. i've been thinking of trying it for years, should've waited a few more. i judge every shop by the chocolate honey dip. this one was no good. outside had almost no crisp to it, with a really artifical tasting glaze. it was a big cakey donut with no good attributes. wasn't very chocolatey, didn't have much of a flavor at all, too doughy and dry. i would expect a donut shop to do better than this. it's almost as bad as dunkin.
