Subway

The young lady working there today 18APR2022 @1115AM had a sweater full of cat or dog hair. It touched the sleeves as she started preparing my sub. I asked her to shimmy her sweater and she didn't even know what that meant. When i explained to put the sleeves up by her elbows, she did it but she didn't remove her gloves and then started touching the sub. Major ewwwwww. I just left. Super gross. As I left she laughed and said "that was weird" Yuck!

Bread was hard. The manager didn't want to help the girl up front when she got a line. Making it seem like an inconvenience to help customers. The manager reprimanded the girl in front of everyone because the girl seemingly being new didn't know you can't make a kids chicken sandwich. I won't be returning to this location.

I like the idea of a drive thru subway but it's not without its faults. It's not as fast as you would think, you'd probably get your order faster if you parked and went inside and ordered your food. That's not the workers fault though, the 3 times I went there each on different days of the week, there seemed to be only 3 people maximum working so I'm not blaming them for that. BUT each time I've went there all 3 times my order was wrong, the sandwich looked as if they just threw everything together, and the window girl had an attitude.

Came in at 9:45 and the gentleman working was finishing up another gentleman's sub and told me he was the last one. I said that the website says your open until 10 and my sub is easy Italian bmt. Mayo and lettuce. He said that he opens in the morning so he doesnt want to serve me he wants to leave. Even though he says he has to open at 10. Now being in the food industry he should be here around 9 to start set up and prep... that is sad and pathetic. I guess I'll hold on to my money and never go there again
