Applebee's

This place is either hit or miss meaning some nights you can get the best service and other nights you'll get the worst service possible. The prices are $$ reasonable, the drinks are decent and the food is okay so it's worth giving this place atleast a shot. Just remember it could be either Dr Jeckle or Mr. Hide --- don't take it personal and you'll be able to leave without getting upset. Good Luck!

Had to wait super long for a waitress. I eventually had to walk up to call for a waitress after 20 minutes. The broccoli chicken Alfredo was terrible. Please go to a Walmart or grocery store and make the microwaveable one if you want better pasta. The waitress never checked in and again had to walk up and get my check. Would not recommend coming here

Horrible guest service. The place was almost empty, yet we walked in, and there was a worker off to the side. Instead of greeting us, this woman was complaining in spanish as she approached us, about how she just got in, and everyone took off. Then another guy came up to her, and she was still complaining to him. She led us to our table, and not once did she address, or welcome us as guests. Our actual server was not that much better. She couldn't even tell me if the tea was sweetened or not. She was like "I don't know?". I had to ask her to please find out. Even with the fact that the restaurant was practically empty, she was taking forever to come back to our table to check if we needed anything. We had to wait a while to get our check. After all that, the food wasn't even good. I promised myself NEVER to go back to Applebees again!!! ESPECIALLY Not to the North Bergen location!!! BTW, this was not the first time that THIS location has disappointed, it's Very Poorly managed.
