Employees are always polite and respectful. Generally, the owners are actually in the store making sure everything is going right. I love that about these places. Quality is always there. What should be hot is delivered hot! Custard mixes are exactly what is promised every time. If a problem arises, they handle it quickly and make it right.
On a road trip, Culver's is the only fast food I will eat because of how well they are run!

Typical Culver's menu, with quality food and service, but the place was crawling with fruit flies. Found 3 fruit flies floating in my cup of Sprite. The staff was accommodating and replaced it, but still... eeeew. The bathroom didn't have any paper towels. The parking is quite large and nice outside seating. Aside from the fruit fly infestation, I don't have anything bad to say about it.

Love the seasonal walleye special. Was very pleased with the local manager's decision to donate a portion of today's profits to the benefit of the Ukrainian refugee crisis. Good food, courteous employees and a clean dining room combined with charity mindedness makes a great community business that deserves to be patronized!

I know it's fast food but this particular Culver's has such a family feel. All the staff members are so polite and friendly. My family always has variety choices on the menu no matter how picky they are. Great place to grab a bite.

Burgers were smashed and put in the bag upside down, fries tasted like fish, concrete mixer was like a melted watered-down shake, nothing concrete about it. Complete trash.

We enjoy Culver’s. North Aurora is our close Culver’s and believe in supporting local family businesses. This is the 3rd time we did NOT get our coleslaws, butter packets, tartar sauce and no plastic ware to EAT our dinners with and had to go home to consume it. We spent over $37.00 on our family’s meals THIS time and spent more preciously. I do not think we should expect NOT to get any part of our meal when paying good hard earned money. Do we enjoy Culver’s food? Absolutely! Will we continue to come to this store if we do not get what we pay for? Probably not. Lack of attention to details is a poor business model. We WANT to continue to enjoy your food, but having to come back to rectify your lack of details isn’t worth driving back & forth. We make the effort to help local businesses. We should expect what we pay for.

I would not go back to this Culver's. Inside the restaurant was dirty, tables had food smudged on them. I could tell they where not wiped down. Fruit flys/gnats by the pop machine and all over the place. I didn't even want to sit down to eat inside. Took my food to my car to eat. Food was just OK

Highly disappointed with this location. Went here about 5:00 on a Saturday and every table was dirty and there were fruit flies all over the entire restaurant. We decided to take our food to the car and eat in the parking lot. Usually enjoy Culver's and use it as a go to place to eat when traveling because it is usually we kept, this location was definitely not
